Ink and watercolor on mulberrypaper
I am Susan Reijnders (24-09-1968, Eersel) from The Netherlands, I am a Dutch artist and I have specialized in ink-painting since 1996. I am living and working in ’s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands. My ink-paintings were exhibited at “the 8th and 9th International Ink Art Biennale of Shenzhen” (2013 and 2016, Guan Shanyue Art Museum and Shenzhen Fine Art Institute) in China. I also had the honour of being invited as an ‘Artist in Residence’ in the Shenzhen Fine Art Institute in 2011, supported by the Chinese government. I worked there for 10 weeks followed by a solo exhibition (34 works). I taught and worked as an Artist in Residence at Hong Kong University Shenzhen Campus for one month, in november 2016.
